What does the subscription include?
Delivery of the unit, installation, scheduled filter changes and technical support — on terms agreed in the contract.
Who is it for?
For offices, clinics, hotels and production spaces — any site where drinking water is needed every day.
How does installation work?
Our technician installs the unit directly on the water line. A standard installation takes about 30 minutes; if the site needs extra work, we agree the terms with you in advance.
Who changes the filters?
We change the filters — about every 6 months, depending on usage conditions. We manage the schedule and reminders.
What happens if there is a technical fault?
You contact us and technical support steps in — response terms are set out in the contract.
Are a contract and invoice provided?
Yes — a contract is signed and an invoice is issued. All terms are recorded clearly and in writing.
Do you work outside Tbilisi?
Yes — we serve customers across Georgia. Installation in Tbilisi — within 24 hours of your order, across Georgia — within 2 days.
Can the unit also be purchased?
Yes — besides the subscription model, the unit can be bought with a single payment; standard installation is included in the price.
